about the founder

Irada was conceived by Vini Rupchandani and Moksh Mehta, who became close friends through their shared love of learning. They bonded over their passion for mathematics and personal development.

Vini is a psychology and physics student at Brown University who loves introspection and self-discovery. She invented a game to play with new friends called “Five Questions,” where friends are allowed to ask each other five unfiltered questions — and they have to answer honestly!

Playing this game over time made her realize the power of playful questions and conversation in making self-awareness feel less daunting. Vini’s ikigai is to help people build stronger relationships as a stepping stone to living joyfully.

Moksh Mehta studies Biomedical Engineering and Applied Math–CS at Brown University. He is passionate about personal development, and his ikigai is to help people live longer and happier lives by encouraging healthy biological habits.
