irada is combining play, connection and introspection to cultivate purpose
Irada is a social card game filled with introspective questions designed to guide players toward a deeper understanding of their life’s purpose—while also fostering more meaningful relationships.
Irada makes self-reflection fun by asking better questions that spark both exciting and thoughtful conversations. We've integrated eight psychological principles of happiness into 70+ introspective prompts, all built around the Ikigai framework. Ikigai is a timeless, research-backed Japanese concept that blends four essential elements for a happy life: what you love, what you're skilled at, what can earn you a living, and what the world needs.
Each card in the game presents a single introspective question, linked to one of the four elements of Ikigai, and helps players reflect on how they can integrate these elements into their daily lives. The game is designed to be played in groups of 2–6 people—with family, friends, colleagues, or even strangers! The cards are divided into three levels: Exploring, Expanding, and Consolidating, each offering a deeper level of introspection.
